Report of week 4 and 5

In the previous two weeks I have mostly focused on finishing the ChrBuild2.py script and on expanding the Synteny.py script. My supervisor gave me several objectives that I have to achieve before the end of my traineeship. It is important that I attain good results for these two scripts, since they form part of the end result of my project.
